So 16 days ago, I had a buyer with a 1 FB BIN a card up I had for sale. It was $9.99 with $2.75 shipping.

He hasn't paid since, so today I sent him a message asking him if he was going to pay. If he wasn't, I would open a NPB.

I get this classic response:

"sorry i can not buy this item i my son clicked on it on accdient"

So, my question is, how do I go about getting my fees back and everything? Open a NPB? I'm sort of new to selling (only about 50 sales so far), but all my previous buyers have paid promptly and without problems, so I'm new to this situation.

Send a bomb to his home, along with instructions on how to insert it into his wife's ******, so that they don't conceive anymore children.

Yeah...get your money back via NPB.Its not your fault that the dude's kid hit the button and bought the item. That's his problem.

yep, file the NPB

your listing fee is bye bye, but you should get the FVF back

Ah, only .35 down the drain. I opened the NPB. Thanks E.

pujolsjunkie -

predatorkj - Well I don't even believe that. He said "sorry i can not buy this item i my son clicked on it on accident.", which leads me to believe he's lying. Just a weak explanation.

Maybe but in any case...either way its his fault.I hate the old"My kid got on the computer and purchased your item.Sorry but I will not be paying for it.".Fine.But at least paypal the seller the fees back.If your kid breaks something in a store would you say the same thing?Hell no...you'd be paying for it or they would have a problem.

Yeah, I know, right?

It's one thing if it's a guy with 5000+ FB saying this, but the guy has 1 FB, and it's almost a year old.

He could have told me this as soon as he bought it. Did he think it was just going to go away?

I don't see why he'd leave me a neg when he's the one who screwed up.

Couldn't it be removed anyway?

I wouldnt recommend ever doing this. Sellers rely on our buyer requirements to block people who have too many UPI strikes. Also, if the buyer doesnt agree to the mutual or just doesnt know whats going on, you are not getting your fees back. You cant file a UPI after you have requested a mutual.
I once canceled an auction by making someone the winner on accident. They agreed to the mutual agreement not to complete the transaction through email but clicked the wrong option in their dispute console. I had to call my PS Rep and get the fees back.
