Does anybody have anything outstanding from this guy or know anything about him? I bought a card from him a couple of weeks back. After about a week of it not showing up, he sent a message saying a large quantity of packages he had supposedly shipped had gone "missing." Today I got the following:
UPDATE:
I have not been having much luck with the Post
Office. I have supplied them with all the
information I have and they are working on it. In
the mean time I have lost hope that the packages
will show up. I know that you are probably wanting
a refund since we are going on 3 weeks since
auction end. I sell these high end cards for
friends of mine and reap 10% of what they sell
for. Needless to say I don't have all the money on
hand to refund 53 items. I have contacted my
broker and had to sell $2000 worth of shares of a
mutual fund. This will cover the refunds for all
buyers whose packages have been lost. I should
have this money by Monday or Tuesday next week and
will begin refunding 100% of your money once this
money hits my account.
I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience this has
caused you. I have really been hit hard by this
and appreciate your patience and understanding in
regards to this matter.

This all sounds a little fishy to me - does anybody know anything about the guy either way? The worst part of the whole thing is that the card he lost is irreplaceable - it's a 1/1 from a game used letterman set. :evil:
