eBay sending random messages now?

Not sure if it is a scam message or eBay is just having issues.

Earlier this afternoon I received an email that a buyer opened up a "not received" from me that was dated 5/21/2010. I didn't click on anything in the email, just saved it. Just now, I received another email stating that a case was just closed and thanks for my prompt action. I guess it is time to change my ebay password again just to be safe.

Same thing. But then a few minutes ago I got a follow up thanking me for taking part in the resolution process. Not sure what's going on
