eBay shipping and feedback question.

Hey everyone, about a week ago I bought a Titus Young red zone autograph on eBay at a great price. I had every intention of getting this card graded, as the scan of the card looked great. The card was shipped very quickly but when I got it I noticed there was no tape over the end (it wasn't in a team bag either) and there is no soft sleeve around the card. The only protection it had was the plastic case. It is very visible and the card moved around inside the case as the corners were dinged up, and the surface of the cards has a scratch or two. I'm wondering if it would be inappropriate to leave this feedback "Very quick shipping, no Penny sleeves though, card arrived slightly damaged." I paid three dollars for shipping and do not feel like I got the amount I paid.

Personally I would ask for a refund if youre not satisfied with the card. if youre happy with it, in the shape its in, just leave positive feedback and move on.

I agree with the return unless the seller will offer you a discount on the item.

i wouldnt ask for a discount. sellers in general hate that. i havent run into that yet, but if (and when) i do, i will just tell people to return the card and i will give a refund

Well, I don't know what to do, I sent him a message telling him the condition of the cards as I received it. I told him I wasn't going to ask for a refund because I know how some people can be when they get a card, and generally I believe that one good deed would get returned. I'm happy with the card in the sense that it is a card that I want, that I don't have, and that I got for a good price but at the same time I am disappointed at the condition in which I received it.
