So I won and paid for an item on ebay on 5/10. I asked for DC numbers, no response. So I was like ok, I'll just wait for it to come in the mail. Over a week later. 5/17 no item but he gives me positive feedback. I thank him for the positive feedback and I will likewise once I get the card and asked for the DC numbers again. No response. It is now the 19th. What should I do/how long should I wait it out before some action should happen? Thanks.

You should wait two weeks since the ended listing. Then you open a claim.

Some sellers leave feedback the day they ship the item. Hopefully this is the case for you and the card arrives asap. Otherwise, I would do as the other posters suggested.

9 days is way too early to be jumping off the deep end. Shipping is sometimes slow and he might of taken
a few days to ship. Good Luck

I'm guessing he sends w/o DC. I made a trade and asked repeatedly for the DC but was ignored. Card came in a PWE no DC.

Thanks for all the posts everyone!

I am just a bit worried with the lack of communication but hopefully all goes well (As I wait it out)

1. As others have said, it's way too early to be worrying yet. I'll usually ask questions at 2 weeks and file at 3...but that's me.

2. Just because you ask for the DC number, he's not required to give it to you. Maybe he's busy and doesn't have the time to dig up the receipt and email the number. Or he may not have even used it...again, not required. Now if you file a claim, that's another story.

3. Did you verify where the item is being shipped from? If it's coming from Canada it will obviously take longer.
