Someone won a card for $58.00 and sent paypal. However I recieved a message today that he wants shipped to another address as his company has moved, and he hasn't changed it yet. A $2.00 card maybe, but not $58.00. Agreed? He has 100% feedback, but why take a chance. I requested he change paypal first.

Protect yourself. I would make him change the address on payPAL

Personally, I would contact PayPal by phone. I had someone try to buy a card from me last year after they had hacked someone else's account.

Interesting. I told him to change it in Payapl first. Lets see what response I get.

Somerthing funny going on. He stated he added the new address, but he didn't. Then said I could mail to his home, which isn't there either. I refunded the payment and told him to resend with a confirmed address.
