I love what TNT does in terms of their inventory and bulk shipping costs, but has anyone had any trouble with receiving cards in poor condition lately? The last three orders I've received have all been pretty bad on the condition side of things. Just curious if anyone else has had any issues.

Yea, my last shipment of Bruce's left something to be desired condition wise.
ive asked him on more than one occation to stop shipping multiple base cards
jammed into a "thick" card toploader.

One other thing id like to add since we are talking about this seller. He listed
a card for $19.99 BIN/BO last month and shot down my $5 (it's /99 and not rare)
a few times. Now he's relisted the card, has two of them available this time,
and still feels the need to counteroffer my $5 offer ::facepalm::

They are a Mom and Pop operation...literally! It's an older set couple that breaks tons of boxes. They are not graders so I don't think they particularaly..."take care" of the cards they pull (put in toploader, hold the edges, not the middle of the card etc.).

They pull, pile them up, take a picture for ebay and then, maybe, put it in a toploader afterwards.

yep, i have picked up batches of mccanns on occassion, and can't recall many (any?) times where at least 1-2 cards lacked some corner issues. Probably due to the lack of sleeves/jamming into a large toploader as mentioned. That said, they are PC cards that I am paying under $2 for so I don't worry about it too much, but I would think twice if that wasn't the case

I order from TNT a lot. The thing is that he has a specific niche that he fills in the hobby that no one I have come across has matched yet. I love the fact that I can get 50-75% of the cards from each new set of my player from one place and for only $3 shipping. Of course, he knows that no one else offers that option so sometimes he lacks on service (prices, condition of cards, shipping methods, delivery times). I haven't had serious enough issues to the point where I would stop buying from him. Even if I get a damaged card or am missing a card he is good at getting a new card out to me right away. I do understand the problems people have with him, and if he fixed those I think he'd be a perfect place to buy. Unfortunately, until someone matches what he does there is no reason for him to improve.

I have delt with this guy before...perfect every time.
On a side note:
I received over 200 chromes today in a bubble mailer then in 7 team bags. Do people even THINK when they package stuff?

Mr Mem is notrious for this practice, though it wasn't his package.

I used to order from them all the time. The last time I did, well, it was the last time. I never received my stuff. I ordered singles and they never arrived. I got my money back and all but up until this one incident, they always had been good.

Not even close when it comes to inventory. Also, it's much easier to navigate and shop TNT's ebay store than Mr. Mem's website. Same thing for Casebusters. I do have to say you get much better quality from Mr. Mem and Casebusters though.

I’ve had some issues w/them. I ‘d rather they put large lots of cards in team bags (or 300 count boxes) instead of jamming a bunch of them (w/o pennysleeves) into toploaders. If it were for my pc + a cheap card, I wouldn’t care, but when you’re buying chromes to grade, it’s not so great to have them jammed into toploaders w/o sleeves.

I sometimes ship orders this way (though I almost always sleeve all the chromes..+ I probably would’ve sent them in bubble envelopes in a priority mail envelope- or a 300 ct box)+ not had buyers complain. How would you ship 200 chromes? Pennysleeve/topload each 1? If they’re $10+/card, sure, but for chromes that sell for a few cents each, I’m not sure pennysleeve/toploader is feasible.

Once you put say 25 chromes in a team bag I would tape either a piece of cardboard on either side or a top loader.....this time of the year the mailbox can be jammed packed and the corners could get crushed. I don't think about 20 top loaders would have broke his profit margin....luckily everything looks ok....and my mailbobx was JAMMED full of stuff today.

I have bought from them a few times. Never a problem until the last order. I was missing two cards. I sent an email and did not get a reply. Two weeks later I followed up and got a reply he had sent the replacements. Sure enough they showed up the next day. I have been happy with my transactions and will continue to buy from him.

I used to buy from TNT, but after receiving a card in poor condition and complaining I was added to their blocked list. Oh well, I guess that generates additional sales for other sellers.
