EBAY tracking question

I had a transaction with someone on EBAY and one of us did not receive the card the other one purchased. One of us beleives the tracking information below shows it was delivered vto the house, the other is in disagreement.

What do you think? What further steps does the buyer and seller need to do?
The buyer did provide the tracking information directly to the seller

Same situation recently happened to me. I was the seller, and the tracking information stated it was delivered to the buyer on a certain time and date.

He didn't recieve it, filed a complaint, then a claim on paypal. I provided all the info including the DC # to paypal.

Claim ended in my favor, and nothing negative happened because I took all the right precautions!

The buyer was even nice enough to give me a positive even though it got lost in the mail(he specified this in the feedback).

Just keep up the communication, and hopefully you'll both recieve positive feeback for the transaction.

All this means is that it is out to be delivered not that it actually has been delivered. It should say delivered and then the date.

I don't know what Bondo didn't see but I see that it says it was Delivered, Oct-24-09, 12:29 PM...

It says delivered, so the only things I can think of that could have really happened is the seller sent to the wrong address, the carrier gave it to the wrong house, or the carrier lost it.

I once watched the carrier pull up in front of the house, walk up to the mail box and leave some letters and then drive off. He didn't leave a package I was expecting that day but he marked it as being delivered.

Maybe I can shed so light on how the mail is in that area since there are some unincorporated area's
and a lot of apartments that things get delivered to even if they don't have it listed on the address

Huff sent you back a PM I know the Area the guy lives in well and still have a friend close by there.
It may have been mis-delivered say a block over he lives on 17th, it could have been delivered to
18th or even 16th but the same address.
