eBay Vintage Slab Pictures/Scans

This just occurred to me, do you think its possible that eBay sellers tend to use a digi-cam picture of a vintage slab (especially low grade) rather than scanning it because its easier to not see flaws in the digi picture?

What im saying is, there are a good number of PSA 4's that i am looking at on ebay, and the sellers are using
digi pictures so i cant really see what is making them 4's

or doesn't have a scanner :lol:

or their scanner doesn't scan slabs well? My digital pics of slabs are much better than my scans.
