Elite Extra autograph question...

I got a couple of Elite autos in today as part of a trade, and have a question about one of them.

I got a 2008 Elite auto of Seattle draft pick Kenn Kasparek. It is not a die-cut, but is numbered out of 50. I was under the impression that this was just the base auto, but upon looking on eBay the base are out of 6 hundred something. I know it a TOTC, which could be the answer to my question, but I'm not too sure.

Yes it is the TOTC Auto Non Diecut
