email header: ebay. need some assistance

fellas, if i want to go ahead and report email abuse from buyers/sellers, there is a link that takes me to customer support

however, it takes me to copy email header and email body

i've seen the sample header on ebay but have no clue how to retrieve this so that i can forward it to ebay

if i can get a detailed step by step, it would be much appreciated

I use Microsoft Outlook for my email and in Outlook you can access the header by right-clicking on the message and clicking "options". A window will open which shows the header at the bottom. Not sure how to do it in other email programs.
