Incredible price for a non auto/non Game used as well. There are a few really rich Ovechkin collectors out there as well so i wouldn't be surprised if this goes over $15K. Maybe even close to $20K.

More than likely its a consignment.

They advertise in their magazines that they will take on all cards over $400 (i think its $400, might be $500) on consignment and sell them through their Beckett Media account on ebay for a fee.
