Eric Chavez Mailweek: Ultimate Patch, Dimaggio, and 1/1

After seeing Chavez in Ultimate, especially the jumbo patches, I couldn't have been happier. It has been a while since he had a jumbo patch and they are by far one of my favorite types of cards. So far 8 of 35 have surfaced and hopefully I will have 3 more incoming if not more by the end of the week.

2009 Topps Ticket to Stardom Gold Dual Bat /10 Cost: $15 (Only need 1 more /10 to complete this ugly set)

2007 Bowman Printing Plate Black 1/1 Cost: $12

2009 Ultimate Six Materials /20 Cost: $30 (This very well may be my favorite multi player card, the only thing I would change would have Reggie Jackson instead of Williams)

2009 Ultimate Ultimate Patch /35 Cost: $34 (Top of the A on the front of the Jersey)

theplasticman: Thanks, so far I am up to 2 more jumbo patches incoming and hopefully can add 2 more. This is the first card I have tried to obtain as many copies as I can and it is a unique feeling buying the "same" card over and over but I really like this release. I am not far at all concerning the Flairs, I am missing the insert, the patch version of the card above and the 1/1.

jay1065: Thank you, hopefully I can add his other 2 6 Materials in the coming days to knock this set out but it doesn't help when he is the least collected player on the card and DiMaggio is on all of them when it comes to pricing.

theplasticman: Unfortunately not, my high bid was $101, I have a feeling the high bidders bid was $200+ and $100 was more than I really wanted to put into it but it was one sweet card, hopefully another copy shows up with the head of the elephant.
