Gordon is playing better right now, but I'd still expect Beasleys to be selling for more. wow

Agree, he is playing better.

In my opinion there are numerous players from this draft that have a chance to be really something special, Rose, Beasley, Mayo, Gordon, Westbrook are all among them.

Yeah, Gordon has been playing very well lately. I'm sure a lot of people are disappointed in Beasley so far. I know I expected him to be playing better. He still has a bunch of time though and I think he will continue to improve.

Gordon started off sooooo slow too, man, has he picked it up...injuries haven't hurt either....

Beasley has been disappointing so far this season, but he has time to become better. He turned 20 years old four days ago.

Big men do not get the hobby love a guard gets.

Beasley will have a much better career in my opinion

Very true statement, big men don't get the love, however, Beasley at the 3 may get some love, 3s get more than 4s and 5s.

Don't overlook the fact that Gordon went to the college with arguably the most rapid following (Indiana) and Beasley went to a somewhat "blah" school (KSU). College collectors often drive these prices up.
I also think Gordon will be better in the long run. In the Big 12, there are no 4's who can match Beasley's size and speed. He played a dominant inside/outside game that no one could keep up with. But in the NBA, there are countless guys who have the size, speed and length to keep him out of the paint. Gordon, on the other hand, has all the tools to be a great PG. Not many holes in his game.

I think Beasley is vastly overrated. He will probably end up being a good player, but not great. The fact that even Riley tried to shop the pick proves that there is something missing. If Beasley was as good as everyone said around the draft Riley would have been thrilled to have the #2 pick.

The college thing certainly does help, although, IU is in shambles now, lol.

Gordon has always been a great shooter, however, he's also a fantastic, long, athlete as well which apparently is helping him in the NBA, I read the other day that one of the things the Clippers have been the most impressed with so far is his defense which is from many reports, outstanding.

Yep, you'll always get a lot of chances in the NBA if you can play a little defense.
And yeah, IU is in tough shape now, but not for long. They have an outstanding recruiting class coming in next year and will be back in the thick of it real soon. Also helps them that the Big10 isn't much better than a middle of the pack conference.

Eric Gordon can flat out score, which is going to relate to huge hobby numbers. I was really upset the clippers didn't take Bayless but looks like they knew more than me.

He can score huge numbers...but the recent articles I've read about his defense in addition to that is what truly excites me!
