ERROR? Card I pulled from Tribute? HELP Please!

Can anyone please explain this to me...

I pulled a Nolan Ryan Retired Remnants Relic Card from Tribute this weekend and it is numbered 23/30.

I believe it is an error because of the following reasons:
1. "Retired Remnants" cards came in the following print runs: /99, Blue /50, Orange /25, Gold /15, Red /5, and Purple 1/1.

2. ALSO, no other cards from 2013 Tribute have been listed or sold with the numbering /30.

so nothing special outside of the fact its odd numbered? If this is the case, appreciate the help! I will update the auction!
