Congratulations on the no-hitter.The offense is terrible and defense is just as bad! This is a low for me.Its just to the point to watching them is painful situation.

I dont want Ludwick/Crisp/Willingham...I want a real rh bat and we have the prospects to trade for them without gutting the farm.

I drove over 2 hours to watch this game today, and had a REAL good bird's eye view from just to the 3rd base side of home plate. They were GREAT seats - in all honesty, the 2nd best seats I've ever had. However, today's game was easily the WORST game I've watched them play all year (and perhaps EVER). There is something wrong with this team. They have this air about them as if they don't really give a shat right now, and it's starting to $#%* me off. The pitching staff is totally doing their job, but offensively they are COMPLETELY lost (this is likely an understatement). I've had it with Carlos Santana, Matt LaPorta, and Travis Buck/Austin Kearns. I also do not see Ezequiel Carrera hacking it at the MLB level for much longer. The guy can barely hit a ball out of the infield.

The five errors today were committed by five DIFFERENT players (Asdrubal, Chisenhall, Santana, LaPorta, Kearns). At some point in the middle innings, Carlos Santana tried to throw out Howie Kendrick stealing 2nd base, had the ball slip out of his hand before the ball was released and then KICKED it 15 feet up the 1st base line allowing Torii Hunter to score from 3rd. IMO there were two errors there, but the official scorer merely called it a passed ball. In addition to Kearns' bobbling the ball in right field for his error in the game, he also airmailed a throw to the plate about 15-20 feet up the 1st-base line. It was ugly, but then again the entire game was a GIGANTIC disaster.

I don't see them getting an impact bat at this point, and I think they are royally screwed. There is just nobody else left out there that can make the difference that Beltran would have, barring a trade for a player that hasn't been mentioned much in trade talks to this point, or a trade for Hunter Pence. They would HAVE to give up at least TWO of White, Pomeranz, Chisenhall, and Kipnis just to get Pence, and IMO it's just too steep a price. I see them getting stuck with Ludwick or worse at this point, but would LOVE to see them acquire Cuddyer or Quentin. However, I am skeptical that either is added to their lineup.
