I tried to get Liriano with my last pick, but at the end it goes so fast that it gave me Wells. Now I know that Liriano will be gone on waivers. Oh well, it was fun and got some nice picks late.

Thats what I thought too. Jeter for $74 and Utley for $60? I know my team is not the best, but for $51 I got Zobrist and Tulo. I am happy with my late $1 picks. It was a strange auction. The mid rounds are where I should've spent my money. Zimmerman went around $18, Verlander and Wainright went to the same guy for $28... Im doing another one tomorrow morning and I am going to try the sit and wait approach. Just for fun anyways, just want to see what I can get if I wait til the 15th round or so.
