I think the Casey Kelly will be a good pick-up not so sure on the Gordon.

He is pretty good, however he won't be ready till at least 2012 at a minimum. He will hit around .300, he did have 73 stolen bases BUT was caught steeling 25 times too. He also needs to work on his defense. I'd say its an ok buy long term but I personally wouldn't go with Gordon for an etopps card. I'd spend my money on bowman chrome.

I picked up both. At 4.50 and 799 PR they are solid buys imo.

are they going to charge $7 for Strasburg?

only .50 cent but that's still more then a 10% increase

I have never been a fan of eTopps, but I must admit that it was more from ignorance than anything else. These are some very sharp looking cards. I may have to pick up some Kellys.

I like the looks of the upcoming 2010 baseball cards too. I know this image has been posted already but it looks awesome imho.

Don't you get 5 reward points for the player getting called up? If they charge under $5 for Strasburg they'd basically be giving it away.

Don't you get 5 reward points for the player getting called up? If they charge under $5 for Strasburg they'd basically be giving it away.

You do, but the reward points are becoming a bit watered down after the whole NFL reward point system this past season. But still, even at $8, with the 5 points, you aren't paying much for any of these cards.
