Yes, but the opposite way,

I pulled a card and didn't realize it was a 1 of 1 until I looked on the sell sheet after I opened the case and sorted all the cards...
Reason it didn't click was because it was printed vertical one of one letter patch on the front...
If it had 1/1, I would have seen that immediately ....

Another card same thing, I pulled a Topps heritage Derek Jeter out of Topps Heritage Update and thought it was a buyback card,
I almost flung it across the room, Thinking I got a buyback of a 6month old card...
After seeing someone elses post about an Ellsbury card with a Yankee logo, I checked the jeter and it had a Red Sox Logo ... Card sold for almost $190 !!!

Would still like to get that if you ever look to sell it. He Played for my Louisville Cardinals!

I have it in my safe deposit box at the moment, which I go to about once a month. But you know, let's work something out. I know it would be going to a great home where it will be cherished, and I was going to need to raise some funds for my case of Bowman Draft I will be ordering.

Just the other day, actually! Pulled a Shawon Dunston Jr. Blue auto from Bow Chrome, checked on ebay, and saw several listed at BINs of $100+. Thought I really hit a good one, especially since there weren't any completeds to see the actual SVs. Turns out I was searching wrong because of the changes in ebay's search perameters, and it's closer to $40.

Actually not to kick you while your down but I got mine for 12.50$ and another ended for 18$

Opening Walmart packs of 2011 Topps. I was hoping to get all 2011 Topps cards not some 1997 Topps cards.

Me and a buddy were cracking a case of 2007 Allen & Ginter on the day of release.About half way through I was opening a N43 box topper and saw the Topps Hologram on the back meaning I had pulled an autograph.I quickly flipped it over to find the dog paw print.Instant disappointment.I listed on Ebay right away and it sold for $550 about 10 minutes later. At that point I was absolutely thrilled again.Quite the roller coaster ride with the pull of that card.

How about in reverse. In February I pulled the card below. Thought it was nothing but an insert. Last night I found out it was SP'd /5. Big time pull that's been sitting in my insert box for 8 months.

I think you have to reverse once again. Its actually not SP/5. Topps never stated anywhere that the Future Foundations are /5. I myself have 7 copies alone. I've seen 11 copies sell for on ebay and yours making it 12. I believe its still a rare card card but its probably a /25 card. I paid top $$ when the first few came up on ebay thinking they were /5, but I was later sadly disappointed.

I had a double disappointment story. Back in 2006, I saw I had a gold refractor auto b/c of the sticker on the back and it was #'d/50....I WAS GOLDEN (no pun intended) IF IT WAS ALEX GORDON OR JUSTIN UPTON...heck I would even take PRINCE FIELDER....I slowly revealed the name....Jose Bautista....ugh....sold it for like $20 or something.

Then in 2010 and 1st half of 2011, I would cry every time I saw a sale of a gold refractor auto.

He played ball here in Iowa City. Last I heard he had surgery (shoulder I think) and was hanging it up. His sister is married to Ben Zobrist too...Wish I could get him to come to my store and do a signing next time he comes to visit!

When I first got back into collecting, I pulled a Mickey Mantle Magical Performances wood-plaque-thing. I thought I had something HUGE, not just some insert:
