yep you guessed it, BRANDON WOOD! :lol:
after seeing card-treasury's BW beauties( at the bottom ) and reading AKA coastal's selling recently, it kind of got me wondering about other people's brandon wood stuff. what you have or had, doesn't matter - go ahead and please show or share it.
i'm aware of a few people on here that just don't see it with brandon. that's alright. we all like or collect players for different reasons. this topic isn't about bashing him. it's sort of an appreciation thread for one of his major collectors - me.
i've got a lot invested in him, however it's all PC. personally, i'd like him to do well for himself. but even if he doesn't, that's alright with me. i'll still throw money away on his stuff.
i like this kid. he's always been very courteous with me. it all started when i got one of his batting practice homeruns. it was the 1st ball i've ever gotten from a baseball game. it was also the 1st game i had been to in several years. as he was signing that ball, i mentioned that it was the 1st ball i got from a game and i was pretty happy to have the player that hit it sign it. he seemed pretty cool about this. at the time, i had no idea who he was nor how impressive his previous season( 2005 ) was. it was his great attitude from that chance meeting that made me a fan of his.
i'd really appreciate seeing some brandon wood's - whatever you want to share...
