I paid $240 on 1/19 for the following Aaron Rodgers items:

1 - 2005 Topps Class Marks autograph
1 - 2005 UD Signature Portraits autograph
3 - 2005 Topps Chrome rookies

You were to ship on 1/20.

I followed up on 1/27 to ask for a tracking number because my items had not yet been received.

You replied later that day saying:

I will send it to you asap, they actually went out saturday, I have been really sick, and havent been online really at all..I would give it another day, or two. There has been some bad weather, and I have been told, it has cause delays up to 3-4 days extra, so plmk if not here by saturday..

I followed up again on 1/28 to ask for the tracking number as I had not received the cards or the tracking number that you promised to send ASAP.

As of today's mail, still no cards and no tracking number. I have now asked for a full refund since you are unable/unwilling to provide the tracking number as you promised. Your location is "Buckeye Nation" so I assume Ohio. I am in Wisconsin. While there has been some snow, there hasn't been nearly enough to interrupt the mail for this long.

We agreed on a deal and I paid.. next day he sends my money back and says Paypal issues..than you're posting again looking to deal? this guy is shady don't waste your time dealing with him...

Started the resolution process with Paypal yesterday with hopes it would drag kobe24/8 back out of hiding. Paypal made me immediately escalate to a claim because Jim Harden was unable to respond. Still no cards and no response to my PMs.

I finally heard back from kobe24/8 a few hours after my last comment on this thread. He stood by his story that he shipped my cards, but said that since I filed a Paypal dispute, he would refund my money. He also scolded me for taking this public because his whole family has been sick. Sorry.

I asked again for a tracking number and he responded with this:

It is EG 687 816 896 US. ...Just so that you are aware, I have had 3 seperate people at usps cust svc, 800-275-8777, tell me that even though it's supposed to be scanned in, it sometimes DOES NOT get scanned in, till it reaches it's "destination", so if you don't see it in the system, don't worry.

I'm sorry, if this was shipped out on 1/22 (was supposed to be shipped on 1/20) it would have been scanned in at some point between then and now. I'm just not buying anything he says anymore.

I reminded him after his responses on 1/31 that he promised a refund. He was just logged in about an hour ago and read that PM. No response. No refund. Also, still no cards. It's been over 2 weeks now since I paid.

I would recommend against dealing with kobe24/8.

Just so everyone fully understands the type of person that kobe24/8 is, I'll post the last PM I received from him on 2/3. He had previously sent me numerous excuses as to why he's trying to rip me off for $240...basically trying to drag things out as long as he can. I didn't immediately respond to his list of lies, so then he sent me this:

You got alot of f"in nerve, don't you?...You sure as hell can run to the boards like a little you know what, given what I've said regarding my situation. You fail to mention anything, except what makes ur ass look good, don't you. Your nothing but one of these little kids on here, that likes to run their mouth to anyone that would listen, but you can't respond to me via pm, can you?..wonder why big shot?..afraid of something?...

I have my situation, and you want to play kids games,huh?..Mommy dress you too?...Cause thats how ur acting...Go ahead, and don't pm me back, I wouldnt deal with a kid like you anyway, cause thats all you are..

So before you think of dealing with kobe24/8, I'd highly, highly recommend against it. I've received a PM from another person who has recently been ripped off by kobe24/8 and for a lot more than I was. He was also given garbage tracking numbers. Hopefully we can get the word out about dealing with James Harden.

Wow...just heard from yet another member who has paid $600 to this scumbag thief. Add in my $240 and the other person who contacted me who had paid out over $1000...and this guy is trying to rip off too many people.

I was threatened by kobe24/8 who is calling himself "Attorney James Harden" (or was it Paul Blake?) to tell you all that I got my refund from Paypal yesterday or else.

Hopefully the others who were taken by kobe24/8 and his previous IDs will all be as lucky as I was.
