I've seen him a few times in NYC. He walks quickly, looks straight ahead and appears that he doesn't want to be bothered with anyone. I haven't stopped him or spoken to him so I can say for sure but if looks mean anything.....

TMZ give Instagram as photo credit.
If they swiped the picture from Instagram, how can they put "EXCLUSIVE" over the picture?
Wouldn't everyone have the same use of the picture, meaning TMZ's picture obviously isn't exclusive?
A media outlet's using of the word Exclusive usually means they either took the picture, or they paid the photographer who took it.
I can't pull a picture off of Google Images and say it's exclusive.

I mean, I'll be honest here.....I saved the pic on my iphone and texted it to a bunch of bros. No doubt many many other members and lurkers here did the same. Very well could have ended up on instagram somewhere or someone that saw it here texted it to someone who texted it to someone at TMZ.

It's 2013. Big internet we have.

Watermark your celeb creeper pics folks!

Didn't know it would come to this. Kind of interesting. Obviously my intentions were not to make money on it. I just thought I'd share with the community. I guess next time I know to watermark it

See Adams post right above yours.

I guess they call it exclusive because no other media outlet posted the picture yet....LOL

So, let me get this straight - you went to Hooters and the only pic you took was of a guy.
