Fair Price for this 1/1?

hey i cant find any completed auctions on ebay
a similar soriano had a BIN of 50 and dint sell, and the sheffield has been relisted a lot of times at 100 and has not sold
what is a fair price on this card, as me and the seller are trying to work something out

originally he said 120, which i flat out said is way too much, so he agreed to lower it, but he told me to make the offer. i dont wanna offer him something that seems too low, but anything near 120 is too high

Pricing a 1/1 is always tricky

Just offer as much as you can and make sure he know its you final offer.
