I can't find the photo yet, but I saw a 2007 Brian Brohm Absolute rookie year patch with a 75th anniverary patch showing.

There is a Deion Branch LCM Emmy from 2003 that has the Super Bowl patch from the year they played the Eagles in the Super Bowl.
