Fake Patches?

I stumbled upon a card on eBay. I am looking to maybe purchase it, but I would like to know if you guys think it is real or not.

(Diamondbacks jersey)

This card is a 1/1, so I can beleive the patches, but, the description of where the patches came from just don't seem to match up.

The seller only has one other questionable patch and it is a MLB logo from 2002 fleer in a square cutout #/75. Their other patches seem legit with some being triple patches with one being a single color patch.

Would you stay away?

Personally, I'd say 100% real. I've pulled a couple of patches from DLP where the description under the patch doesn't match up with what it actually is. I think you should go for it!

I think it's real too, they weren't perfect on this set...
