I've seen one other with the same patch scheme,,,, not sure which way to lean myself on all 3 patches,,, that series though had some sick patches come out pack fresh with plenty of witnesses to the breaks,,,,

Not saying these are all fake or if they are not saying he's the one that did it. This guy has a lot of nice cards some are obviously real he has really sick patches mixed in with normal ones but chances are a few of those are fake. Maybe he bought them fake and is just selling them. He does have 100% feedback

He's got some legit Ults listed too, but the ones you posted are all questionable.
Never seen a Raines with anything other than the red/blue piping.

The **** one is fake, it's just so typical to put that Yankees logo on a jumbo patch card. I know this guy definitely has some legit ones, I think he is a nieve patch collector or something who bought some fake, or maybe he is just selling real ones to divert from the fake ones.

It's obvious that some are fake, but as usual it's tough to tell the difference.
I'm not familiar with the **** patches from this set, but I do have two other scans of full logo patches of him from this set sold by other suspected fake patch sellers.
The Morgan patch below is they type of jersey that I've seen other Joe Morgan patches look like, except for a Phillies logo (different patch) sold by j-man373. Morgan only played for the Phillies in 1983, which is what year the patch in question was worn, but the patch below clearly looks like a Reds patch. In 1983 The Phillies had a white jersey with pinstripes and a light blue jersey, so despite using a Phillies photo I think they used a Reds jersey.
As stated by ChasHawk, pretty much every Raines patch has been the red/blue piping. I think I've seen maybe 1 legit patch, but the rest were piping. The patch in question looks like the mate to the one below, but that was sold along with a bunch of other fakes from this set by Aruba202 right as the set came out.
The Fisk patch in question was only worn in 1985, but all other patch cards look like the ones below. The patches below are from a jersey style worn by the Sox from 1987-90. I've paid particular attention to this card, as I'm a Sox fan and tried to buy all the best copies.
