I think I paid $38 bucks for a Beau Mills chrome auto. It was the last time I ever dropped that kind of coin on a prospects certified autograph.

It's funny a guy says he doesn't prospect and another person tells him if he sells at the right time he has nothing to worry about. My question would be, what's something like that do to the hobby?

Probably nothing as I liken prospecting to the stock market and you see the same behaviors in play in either thing. Hobby goes on, prospects come and go, collectors come and go, collectors who do their homework with good timing have a good chance of succeeding, those who just go on what's posted on FCB are likely doomed to fail(as by the time you see something about a prospect you've never heard about posted on FCB, it's likely because someone is hyping prospect(s) so they can pump and dump).

Two things about the Lubanski. It was supposed to be SSP and is Royals fans weren't too high on him. It was outsiders driving up the prices.
