I think you're kinda weak overall.

Whoever you took with the first pick in the second round, it was a reach. A reach early on will absolutely kill you, I feel. If Tulo was your first, Roberts, Halladay, and Sandoval are all reaches with the first pick in the second round. The fact that I can't tell which one is the 2nd round pick says something about the pick quality.

I really think Roberts steals are going to drop to the 20-25 range this year, due to injury. Beyond him you don't have anyone that's a lock for even 20 steals (except Gardner on your bench). As a whole, your pitching, power, and average are fine, but but very blah.

You took too many known commodities later to fill out your roster. You know what Buehrle, Lowe, Lee, Cameron, Bell, and Broxton are going to provide. There is a limit to the upside of Cuddyer, Matsui, Cabrera, Jurrjens, and Escobar.

The only players with a lot of upside I see are Jones, Heyward, and Feliz. 2 of those are outfielders (which you're set at, and is a deep position), 1 is a pitcher with an undefined role.

I would shop Tulo and/or Jones and/or Cuddyer to fill your needs. You could then flip Asdrubal into SS spot and/or start Heyward.

thanks i was getting annoyed in the draft as every player I wanted kept getting taken right before so i kept getting pushed back to my later picks. With the 12th and 13th picks I took Halladay and Tulo as SS is a very weak position. My next 2 picks were Sandoval and Zimmerman after that it was more of the best players availble

I think it could be a pretty solid team, given it's a 12 team league (not a 10 teamer). Hit the FA wire & grab some pitching help:

For SP's (maybe these are available?) F.Liriano, Tim Hudson or B.Matusz...maybe even J.Westbrook.

For closer's (these may be available): M.Lindstrom-Astros, you'd be shocked at how many folks don't know he's been named the 'Stros closer yet/J.Rauch-Twins/C.Perez-Indians/R.Madson-Phillies until Lidge gets back & maybe beyond that/J.Frasor-named BlueJays closer by Cito Gaston recently/F.Morales-Rockies until Huston returns, which his injury is a very questionable one as it seems he'll be playing through the pain all season; which could = Morales filling in at closer for more/longer than expected.

The above is what I would do, I hope the info is of help...Good Luck bud, Dave. :D

I don't think you did too bad. You seem to like a lot of the same mid to late round guys that I do. I'm just not a fan of taking a pitcher as early as you took Halladay, but with the 12th and 13th pick you sometimes get stuck with that
