That depends. Will you get to keep Longo? Who is your other 3B? Since it's a keeper league do you really want to give up Hanson? How much value will he have for you this off season or at next years draft?

Honestly, it leaves you thin at SP.

I mean, I like Lester, Bills and Beckett.....but your staff is TREMENDOUSLY dependent on what the Red Sox do. I am not sure I would want to depend on 3/5 of the Red Sox SP, especially with Dice K being one of them.

If I was you, I would try to move Beckett instead of Sabathia.

Though, it is tough to argue with getting Longo (2nd rd pick usually) for two pitchers who will not be going before round 5 the next few years.
