I personally wouldnt. You give up way to much Power and Pujols is having a big down year. Play it safe for now and offer howard+ for lincy

I'm in an NL only league and I have Pujols rated as the top offensive player and Lincecum as the top pitcher. Not sure of your league context, but it seems like a no-brainer to me.

Pujols started off a little slow in the first half last year and ended up with great numbers. I woud do the trade in a second

I'm in a 12 team league and we auction off the first 60 players... In that league:

In terms of auction value, draft position
Pujols> Braun
Lincecum> Howard
Beckham> Kubel.

Essentially you'd be winning on each of the individual players. Greatly improving your pitching, you can slide Bourn to an OF slot and then you'd be replacing a utility spot.
