Try to pick only one set for each category.

I'm curious which sets appear most often.

The categories (and my favorites) as follows:

1950's: 1958 Topps (love the pink backgrounds)
1960's: 1961 Topps (love the All-Star cards)
1970's: 1977 Topps
1980's: 1980 Topps (love the design)
1990's: 1999 Bowman Chrome
2000's: 2005 Bowman Draft
Oddball: 7-11 Slurpee Coins

1950's: '53 Bowman Color gets the edge over '57 Topps
1960's: '60 Topps gets the edge over '63 Topps
1970's: '78 Topps (my first collected set)
1980's: '81 Topps
1990's: '97 Flair
2000's: Pick a Heritage set, any Heritage set
Oddball: '62 Post

1960's: 1963 Topps
1970's: 1975 Topps
1980's: 1984 Donruss
1990's: 1993 Finest
2000's: 2003 Topps Pristine followed closely by 2005 Topps Chrome

1950's:1954 not sure why?
1960's:1967T the photography is very bright and crisp
1970's:tied 1971T/1975T
1980's:1986T this is my favorite design ever.
1990's:1992T the photography was great see the Ripken card
2000's:2003T I like the blue borders alot.

Pre-1980 - 1967 Topps. Very clean, basic card design.

Post 1980 - 2001 Donruss Classics. Great autograph checklist and one of the best game used sets in the Legendary Lumberjacks set.

just in the 2000s but i love 2004 sp game used patch edition. don't care that they are stickered. card design is gorgeous, checklist is deep and i cannot for the life of me find them tins....currently trying to complete a 5 card ichiro set (3 of 5 so far)

1950's: 1955 Bowman (Love the TV set design)
1960's: 1967 Topps
1970's: TIE 1972 Topps (The year I started Collecting) & 1975 Topps (Brett, Yount, Rice & Lynn Rookies)
1980's: 1984 Donruss (I think this set saved Donruss)
1990's: 1993 Finest
2000's: 2001 Bowman Chrome
Oddball: 1977 Topps Cloth Sticker

1960's: 1960 and 1965 Topps (tie)
1970's: 1972 Topps
1980's: 1984 Donruss (hands down)... 89 UD not too far in second
1990's: 1993 Finest
2000's: 2002 Topps Chrome
Oddball: 1970's/80's Kellogs cards
