I'm not saying that Favre is overrated but the 12 man penalty was his fault. Isn't the first thing the QB does in the huddle is count the players and then step out if there is 12 to avoid a penalty? I witnessed Favre light up my niners too many times to call him overrated. He's not the best and he's not overrated.

Is that really the responsibility of the QB? Shouldn't he assume that his coaches know how to make substitutions?
