The guy Dallas drafted instead of Stephen Jackson and the Backup TE Dallas didn't need that they drafted instead of Devin Hester.

It's easy to look back now and say Hester should have went higher. Fasano is doing just fine in Miami though.

Cowboys fans crack me up, they all seem to be experts in looking back and knowing exactly what should have happened. 'Hindsight is 20/20' is the only way to describe it. If they didn't give Choice the ball... If they didn't throw Roy Williams that pass... If Tony Romo didn't suck that dudes dick...

I love Julius Jones. Stovall was/is a huge disappointment.

No, I'm not too rough on Parcells' drafting usually, but NOT taking Jackson when he fell to them was the single biggest mistake of the post-JJ era and that includes the Roy-Will for two #1 picks trade. Ugh, still hurts after 7+ years...

And taking a back-up blocking-type TE at that high a spot was terrible too. Hester fit their CB/KR needs perfectly and should have been the Pick there.

Was highly touted coming out of school, and they needed one at that point.

The funny thing is that the best future Cowboy in 2006 was Miles Austin, who wasn't drafted and they only signed 'cuz one of Parcells buddies knew about him from being local. :lol:

Heck, CM still gets seizures from their 1st Round pick that year...
