Unfortunately I doubt he'll ever be truly "banned". Only suspended here and there. There is a succession system on FCB when it comes to suspensions/bans. In other words, first offense: 6 hour suspension. Second offense: 24 hour suspension. Third offense: 48 hour suspension. This goes all the way up to a month suspension (if I remember correctly) and then finally the permanent ban.

You have to do ALOT to get the permanent ban here. Hell, you have to do alot just to get suspended. Chris's goal is not to ban anyone, no matter how big a ******** like Erica you might be.
