Cody, Lets put it this way.

We pulled an Earl Campbell auto /25...Last earl campbell auto /25 sold for $25.

The next best auto out of that was Matt Forte....He does 10-15. Next best after that....Patrick Willis or Steve Slaton..both can be had for 10 or less...Gets WAY worse from there.

This is true, but by mid to end august it always kicks back up. Offseason is always the time to pick up anything bigger you are looking for.
Not sure how it is in other sports, but football is always this way.

I have like a 4.8 overall in shipping time on ebay. I just noticed some tool left me a neutral for a Zach Parise auto he won for $3.76 saying "great item. shipping took a little while but not bad". I guess shipping the day after receiving payment isn't good enough.
