Good morning everyone.

What's everybody doing to celebrate New Years? Whatever it is, I hope you all have a happy and safe one.

I for one should be getting annihilated, and probably won't remember that it's 2010 when I wake up Friday afternoon. I'm going to my brother's house for a family thing first though, so no drinking until I leave tonight at like 9:00.

I'm not sure if I'm going to a friend's house or to a bar/club, but should be fun either way.

Good morning!

My aunt is having a party and it's real close to home so thats what me and the fam will be doing tonight. Close family, lots of food and beer :D

Better than two years ago when I had a big party at my house and some chick I didn't even know was puking all over the kitchen. Shes lucky she had puke all over herself too or I think my wife would have punched her in the face.

Heading down to La Crosse where I spent the best decade of my life, or as my parents called it, "college." Yes, I was on the Tommy Boy plan. Bars are open until 7 am tomorrow morning - the one night a year they are allowed to do that. My goal is to a) see 3 am and b) not wake up tomorrow morning with an IV in my arm.

The wife and I always go out to dinner with her mom and her Aunt and Uncle. We'll probably just come home, watch a movie and drink some beer. There are too many morons out there driving drunk, so we play it safe and stay home.

Same here. I never was much one for the whole New Years celebrating.

And yeah, funny you mention the morons and avoiding them. The GF ran one over 2 years ago tonight. No, I'm not kidding. He very much died that next morning in the hospital. (He was drunk at 8pm literally wandering aimlessly in the middle of the road and Kelli never saw him.)

Man those PP autos are so ridiculously sweet looking. Blue sharpie on plain white background always looks the damn best.

I ran over a woman walking in the middle of the night in all black clothing. The police didn't ticket me because she was walking in the street and in black clothing. She tried suing me. random story on my part [/end]

 She's lucky she isn't a stain. Figures she tried to sue. The family of the old man (I think he was like 66) who Kelli hit is to this day still trying to get money out of it. Kelli was never charged with anything.

Happy New Year all. Gonna be a quiet one here.

Its gonna be a quiet one for me as well. Its too damn cold out here in Alberta to leave our houses, right lumm0x? Right now its -31F (-35 Celsius) with the wind chill outside (your skin freezes and hurts within 20 seconds). We initially had plans to attend a party at the other end of the city, but with the cold weather and bad roads, me and the woman talked it over with a couple friends and we are staying in. Suits me fine, i stay warm and get to watch the Flames/Oilers game :D

That's a keeper. What a classy-looking card. I hope that the major card companies take some notes from how simple and great PP's cards tend to be.
