lol on another forum someone wants to sell me all their Seahawks cards. It's mainly base. After going back and forth, I offered $30 as there were a bunch of inserts from the late 90's that I don't have as well. He says $35. Then yesterday I got that 300+ card lot and realized that 90% of it was dupes. Today I tell him I'm not going to buy them and he immediately says he will accept my $30 offer. That offer went out the window when he countered.

I love it when that happens :lol:

I checked the auction. I didn't realize my other card was coming from Austalia. No wonder why it is not here yet.

If I as a QB had the option of going pro or staying in college under a new coach, I'd take my chances with the draft.

Look how well that worked out for Leinart. San Fran would have pounced on him had he come out in 2005. He stuck around one more year and dropped to #10, and was the second QB taken.

My one card mailday. Got this dirt cheap ($2.50 dlvd), and it's #/25. I absolutely love the R&S cards this year. Well, the autos suck balls, but the base and parallels are awesome.

Look how well that worked out for Leinart. San Fran would have pounced on him had he come out in 2005. He stuck around one more year and dropped to #10, and was the second QB taken.

I'm sure one more year at USC paid better than going pro at that point.

So, I'm a little pissed, although I probably have no reason to be. I won that Dallas Clark 1/1 Reebok logo the other day, and the auction stated the card was in Minnesota. I just checked the DC# and it said it was accepted at a post office in Colorado. Now, it's only going to delay me getting thar card by a day or so, but that still bugs me.

Maybe I'm just getting my period, or something.

I just checked the DC# and it said it was accepted at a post office in Colorado. Now, it's only going to delay me getting thar card by a day or so, but that still bugs me.

I haven't personally picked up a hobby box since 2005, and I would actually pre-order at least one box if they made it.

While I'm not a fan of anything they've put out this year so far, if they do the NCAA Masterpieces like they did hockey a couple years ago with college legends and HOFers, I would definitely be behind that product.
