May have got in the kitchen just in time to save a pair of logo shield cards from a child with a sharpie marker...

I had them in my pocket and threw them with my keys and cellular on the table after coming in the house. Won't make that mistake again.

I don't understand Jeff. He rants and raves about wanting a Boldin logo, and he has a card that could get him to within reach of getting it, but doesn't want to sell it because it MIGHT up in value. Since we're dealing with "what ifs", what if the next time Montero get's into the batters box and gets :benson: in the face with a fastball??? That card could go down in value and then what???

He could wait just two more months before Spring Traning starts and squeeze out another 50 bucks. But I too don't understand why he just sells.

I've tried to help him. Basically I look at it like this he paid 2 he is guaranteed 140 right now he thinks he can get 200 but takes a chance of getting under 100 interesting. One thing on his side no matter what he will get a profit

I learned once upon a time that if there is a rare card you want and it comes available you have to do everything in your power to make it happen. It's better to have the card and feel bad than to not have the card and regret passing on the opportunity.

If I didn't move out some stuf I liked, I would never have this. Not only do I have no regrets, but I barely remember what I sold.

In 2006 there was a card I hat waited for the longest to see at auction. It sold and I regretted not spending the cash necessary. Later that month it just so happened that the seller had another copy consigned to sell from the same source. Since that month it has been nearly 4 years since a copy appeared at auction. Needless to say I am glad I bought it.

I wouldn't have any of my 3 logos if I didn't sell stuff and do whatever it took to get them. Like I said earlier, he must not REALLY want it enough.
