Sometimes it pays to be a patient frugal shopper.

A crabtree Sp Signature auto popped up a few weeks ago. I asked the guy if he'd end it early he said yeah for $100. I said sure! (the 2 before that did 130 and 125) He never setup the buy it now and then it got bids. I messaged the guy and he never responded. It sold for 120 something. I was mad...

Well this came up:

Put in a small offer and he took it.

On most of my crabtrees I have gotten one of the lowest sells on each of them, its crazy.

Closing on the house at 2 pm today. Apparently I became an adult at some point, and no one bothered to tell me.

Funny how that happens all of a sudden, huh? I still feel like a teenager, though with maybe a few more responsibilities. 'Course, I'm not that old yet and I certainly don't have a mortgage to worry about.

You're prolly right, but usually when it says "shipped" its pretty quick.
