Sorry if this got covered, but after reading about Beckett charging for trading and the use of Organize, I posted on their FB page asking why. Instead of writing it out in the open, they sent me a message and I wanted to share it.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for asking in non-confrontational way. To be clear, organize is still free to anyone buying an on-line subscription of any kind. Those who will be charged $20 a year ($1.66 per month) are those who do not buy those other services. The bottom line is the bottom line. We found those customers who were not paying for any service, were 80% of our customer service call volume. It was becoming increasingly expense to keep up with those calls. We want to provide a quality product and service to our paying customers. Those who were not paying were holding us back from this goal.
Does this make sense? It was a tough call, but something had to do.

I guess my biggest problem was with what I bolded.

If these 80% of calls don't purchase a service, why would they call customer service?

I admire your willingness to beat Angry Birds without assists. I checked YouTube to learn how to get 3 stars on the stages I was stumped on. I also used YouTube to find the golden eggs.

Datsyuk won the trophy this year for best Russian player, but I still think he is overlooked compared to other players that the league tries to promote.

At least Datsyuk plays good defense too, you can't say that about Ovechkin, that guy is a one trick pony. It doesn't look like he even works on the other parts of his game, which is why I always laughed at the people who said he was better than Crosby.

The only part of his game "Ovi" works on is finding which Camara has the Red light on.

Or racing his cars at 120+ MPH at 2AM or playing his radio loudly just to bug people show he can or...Should I go on?

Datsyuk is one of the Best 5 players in the League, without question. And if he's as hurt as they suggest, it makes it even better...
