Has anybody else been having problems with eBay notifications recently? In the past two days I've put in two best offers. I noticed that I'd won the first one when I went to my eBay and it said I needed to pay for something. I noticed the second when I got an invoice for it. I looked in my spam box and there's nothing in there. Has eBay simply stopped notifying you of best offer wins since their latest update?

thats a good question. I would guess it was the free ebay listing. But still he looses money off it.
