im tempted to buy a ton of one color patches, document them with pictures of the serial number sell them all to burge and then get the fbi on him when he goes to sell them

Nope. Although the Express Mail had a guaranteed noon arrival time apparently since it did not get here the next day they do not have to deliver it by noon. Try making sense of that one. It's funny that me and the other guy can send cards the same day at the same service level. Mine got to him by noon yesterday and I was told that I may have mine by 3:00 today.
