Sigh... I mark that I won't ship internationally, yet someone from Mexico bids and wins two of my auctions. Is there a way to prevent international buyers from bidding on my items if I don't want to deal with the hassle of shipping internationally?

I just had the same exact thing happen today with someone from Brazil. After searching around eBay help I found that you have to set your buyer requirements.

Mark other countries and any parts of North America off your list. If you use Turbo Lister there is a place to discriminate. :)
Does it really block them? I used the thing on ebay to block PO Boxes, and it still let a PO Box addressee win, and then told me that I could either proceed with it or contact them for another address or to cancel. So much for their filters.

I sure hope so, they have been live for like 6 plus months now so I was wondering why the heck it was taking so long.

I had the same thing with a Canadian buying something from me. I had the filters set to not shipping outside of the USA, but the bidder still won.

I've now sorted A-M in my star boxes.

Sorting cards should replace waterboarding as the primary form of terrorist torture

Sorting's not so bad. I thought the Geneva Conference out-lawed forced WNBA watching...

Thanks man, I went ahead and applied those settings, now to see if it works or not.

I have a feeling that this guy from Mexico isn't going to pay, as the shipping is more than the combined cost of the two cards he bought.

For the BO members here, is it ok to post a buy thread if you are not looking for specific cards? I am reading the rules or whatever and it looks like selling you have to post scans and prices but I don't see much about buying threads

Yep, I get that too, which usually keeps them away. This was the first international guy to not ask, and win.
