I think the end of next week is more reasonable. The 20th fell on a Saturday, so Phil probably mailed on Monday 4/22 or Tuesday 4/23 so BGS probably recieved them on Thursday 4/25 or Friday 4/26. 2 weeks puts us at 5/8 - 5/10 range
