Yeah, that would suck to spend 8k on a card and it turned out to be a fake. Is there any way that PSA could be held liable in this situation???

This is correct. PSA slabs and flips can be faked. Its known as the "craiglist scam" on the internet, as the the first known fakes originated in the Southern California area on craigslist. BGS all the way for me, no known fake in a BGS holder.

So I may be pretty screwed here.

In the Elite break I am running two breaks 1 here, 1 there for the TCG.

I have a guy who said he cannot pay for 1 slot here. He's paid me $60 so I may use it here and try to see his spots over there.

Now I have Micah over here who hasn't paid a thing and won't reply to my IM's or PMs and hasnt been on. He's got 2 spots here and 1 spot there...What the hell should i do?

His spots are the easy ones to sell. I may even keep one if he doesn't pay.
