Woot! I did it! I got a PayPal account!
My mom still doesn't quite understand the whole PayPal thing, but I put my bank account numbers and stuff in and she witnessed it. The account won't be activated for 2-3 business days or something. The only bad thing is I'm going out of town Wednesday, so I may be gone before the account is activated.
I'm going to "thank" everyone.

Buy within your limit and try not to buy until you are paid for things you sold (though I still do it)

There are alot of little things.. as far as snipe programs goes, I don't use them. If it's something that I want I manually bid like 5-7 seconds before the auction ends myself. To me it's more fun that way and a sure thing without having to worry if your snipe will work or not. (Although I've never heard of this, I'd rather just play it safe.)
