My daughter has a swim meet this morning at 8:00. The weather will be fairly decent (for Texas), but the mosquitoes here show up on radar!

Between all of the sun screen and insect repellant, my daughter may get DQ'd for "doping".

I hope everyone has a good weekend...except for the mosquitoes!

I went to the farmer's market this morning. I went last Saturday for the first time and liked what I saw. Aside from having extremely fresh produce, they've got some unique cheeses and meats you don't see so often. This one lady just sells cheeses that she makes at her farm, and let me tell you that they're GOOD. I also got some buffalo sausages from this farm that apparently only does buffalo. Blueberries made their appearance this week; they're not the sweetest berries you've ever had but still early in the season so we'll see.

Holy crap, man. Final value fees are nuts for BIN auctions. 12%, seriously? After paypal fees, if my BIN gets hit, fees come out to a smidge under 16%. Damn, no wonder BINs are generally so high. So I have the item to sell, I do all the work to list it, I ship it and they get 16%. I was thinking that 10% was more like it.....

It's going to be a long day. The weather here doesn't llook bad after a night of storming, but I'm not sure how things look where the wedding is. It's supposed to be outside. Time to go get showered and tuxed up so I can go drink my friend's beer...I mean share in the joy of my friend's happy day.

Morning everybody, and I LOVE farmer's market, everything is so fresh and I like the free samples. They grow strawberries around here and they are delicious.

Maybe, you're not getting yours from the ticket window?

I made sure to get my tickets held at will call. Less convenient than printing them out for sure, but I'd rather stand in line for a few and getting the ticket booth window.
