You have to do something with the money. Banks can only hold 100,000 guaranteed. Normally decent investments payoff nicely for them. Plus you have to throw half of it away to taxes, then agent costs (pre-tax of course), they probably get sued a lot, and the 85 mil is a lot less real quickly.
