Is that new FF supposed to be any good? Can you play that on Xbox Live?

FFXIII is supposed to be the best game to date, but then they say that about all of them. From what I read in GameInformer, it's supposed to be THE game of 2010 and it's only February.
I got to see some of Bioshock 2 last night and that's the next must have on my list.

Wow. I'm a first person shooter guy myself, but to this day FF7 is probably still my all time favorite game ever. (I'm 29 and have played pretty much everything since Atari.) I couldn't really get into the FF games after 7 for some reason.
My most anticipated game this year other than this AVP coming out is Halo:Reach.
