Plug in new Router, nothing.

Turns out when we upgraded our new TV package they automatically upgraded our 'Net speed, which we didn't have correct cable or hardware for. Two days of three calls a day and two new Routers sent out, wasted. Seems like Verizon CS is just as imcompetent, wasteful as Comcast, which is really saying something...::facepalm::
